The hunt is on

The trip was an huge success. From this one convention I was able to get my name and face into the minds of over two dozen HR managers. I even got an interview out of just turning in my resume to one Director of the department I was looking to get into. All and all this was something I needed to do. It was getting to the point where I was thinking that I needed to start my career search in a totally new area. But this trip has proven to me that the skills and experience I have are valued for a company in this industry. Now I have to just put together some thank you emails to send along to the HR people I have met. I see a new light at the end of that dark tunnel.
